Rave Market – Special Psychedelic Edition

The highly popular Rave Market is hosting a psychedelic-themed edition at Shoko nightclub in La Latina this Sunday. More than 40 stands will be selling design and second-hand items, including clothing and accessories. There’ll also be live music, performances, art exhibits and drinks to go around!




Mercado de Productores (Farmer’s Market) at El Matadero

Mercado de Productores is an awesome weekend farmer’s market held at the Matadero. You’ll find stalls selling local produce, food trucks, live music and a whole lot more. Here’s a handy map to help you navigate!

Mercado de Motores – Madrid’s coolest flea market!!

The city’s trendiest flea market is celebrating its 50th edition this weekend at Museo del Ferrocarril. You’ll find independent designer stands set up along the museum’s train platforms, and best of all, food stalls and music outside.

This Saturday Adelita Market will be holding its flea market outside in Plaza Dos de Mayo. Enjoy browsing through the many racks of second hand clothes set up in the bustling plaza and then head over to a nearby bar for a caña or café!

 




LIBROS MUTANTES: Madrid Art Book Fair

La Casa Encendida is hosting a book fair this weekend with presentations, workshops, discussions, musical performances, and more. This celebration of art and literature serves as a meetup for various independent editorial projects and is open to the public (and family friendly).

smart, the maker of smartcar, is hosting a full week of “electric” events in Madrid to promote their new models: the smart electric drive range.

From April 20-29 you’ll be able to test drive the smart electric drive through the streets of Madrid—with zero local emissions and lots of fun.

There will also be free yoga classes so you can reenergize in more than one way.

The events will all take place at Hotel Only YOU Atocha and test drives will be available from 10am-10pm.

Sunday Funday: After Brunch at Conde Duque

After Brunch will be presenting its first Open Air Festival offering a great line up with the most sought after electronic music in Madrid, food trucks and a flea market, all together at Cine Garden Conde Duque, a large patio which also hosts summer open air movie screenings.

With a variety of countries represented and blended by cuisine, Madreat is an inspiring mix of chefs and customers sharing the spices of life. They even take gastronomic suggestions through their website to keep the melting pot bubbling. Stop by their temporarily new location in Casa de Campo on March 19th and 20th for an exciting edible experience. If you miss Saturday (from 12pm-12am), remember it closes early on Sunday at 6 pm!
